Lollywood legend Meera has dropped yet another suspenseful glimpse of her upcoming project, complete with cryptic captions, mysterious videos, and, of course, plenty of surprises.
"Excited surprise is coming soon... surprise surprise, surprise, surprise ????????????," read the caption of her latest behind-the-scenes (BTS) clip.
Meera is no stranger to headlines, whether it’s for a film, a fashion statement, or a fabulously confused sentence in English.
A few days earlier posted a song, believed to be from the same project, with the same level of secrecy. While she didn’t reveal much, the romantic tone of the music suggests that a love story is in the making.
Joining the fun was fellow actress Laila, who commented on the post, fueling even more excitement and raising questions: Is Laila part of the film? Or is she just another Meera fan like the rest of us?
Adding to the speculation, Meera previously shared a photo with legendary actor Shaan Shahid, captioned: "Film coming soon for next film love story ????."
Now, whether that sentence passes an English test or not, the message is clear: Meera + Shaan = Romance incoming.
If the two do star together, it would mark a major reunion of two Lollywood icons, possibly in a story that blends old-school emotion with Meera’s new-school expressions.
In another clip, Meera can be heard (in fluent Meera-English) saying: "We are on set [Sic] ."
She followed it up with a detailed note: “Shooting day: 20 July 2025, in Pakistan, Lahore. Shooting is currently taking place on set in Islamabad's Nathia Gali.”
But the real gold came in the caption that followed, equal parts poetic and puzzling: "Today's shoot was filled with emotional moments that touched our hearts. Some were inspired by real life, while others came from the shoot itself. Sometimes reality isn't what we see, and sometimes it's what we don't see."
So far, Meera hasn’t officially revealed the film’s title, genre, or cast, but all signs point toward a romantic drama that draws from both real life and cinematic imagination.
